With the World Cup starting this Friday there’s been quite a few design related posts popping up across the blog world. This one caught my eye in particular; David Watson of TrebleSeven has given the classic wall chart a rather nice typographic treatement. Initially, I found it a little confusing, but the colour and graphic detail makes this far more appealing than anything else out there. It’s all for a good cause too, with all proceeds going to Soccer Aid | UNICEF. You can purchase the poster directly from TrebleSeven, and Magma.
I’m heading down to Magma this lunch time…

What type are you?
Apparently I am Archer Hairline – “…straight forward appearance, but one that has tiny outbreaks of elegance and tiny dots of emotion, only apparent on closer inspection.”
Quite gutted I was some way off from being a Baskerville, but neverless really enjoyed this piece of late season greetings from Pentagram.
Head over for to the ‘what type are you’ website where you’ll be greeted by your psychiatrist. Enter your details and the generic password ‘character’ then find out just what type you really are.
