Art & Copy looks to be a really fascinating documentary. Already out in the US, really hope I’ll get to see this soon.

James Cameron Avatar preview
Went to see a special preview of James Cameron’s Avatar last night in Bristol.
Visually, it looks stunning, and I didn’t mind the storyline. In particular one scene set in the alien world forest was breathtaking, however, it was totally spoilt by the fact it is in 3D. Any action sequence was blurry and actually uncomfortable to watch. Speaking afterwards to a friend who went to see it in the London iMax, he said the 3D actually worked really well. So is it a difference on the cinema projectors quality? Hope not, as this will mean thousands of cinema projectors are now substandard. I’ve had reservations about the recent rise of 3D back in the cinema; it just seems like a good reason to bump up the cost of the movie ticket, but with this preview I left actually enjoying the HD trailer on apple, non 3D.
Banksy Vs Bristol Museum

Recently went to the ever so popular Banksy Vs Bristol Museum exhibition. I was suprised with the amount and range of work Banksy had created over the years. Traditionally famous for his graffiti pieces, here the exhibition covers everything from statues, paintings, installations, and animatronics. I'd be interested how the museum carries on with its burst of popularity when the exhibition ends on the 31 August. I read that only 2 members from the museum where in on it.
